We are a small, local company who offer quality homes around North West Bristol and UWE. With over 20 year’s experience of lettings, we combine expertise with a small and personal set up. We are professional and contactable landlords and take pride in offering quality accommodation where any maintenance issues are responded to with minimum delay. All properties meet or exceed the property safety licensing and certification requirements.

Student lettings

Quality student lettings at affordable prices

We have a small number of 4, 5 and 6 bedroom student properties. These are all close to Glenside Campus so ideal for Nursing students, but are also within easy reach of the main UWE campus at Frenchay. These convenient locations mean you are close to campus and also on the bus route to the city centre. Whilst each house differs in character, all offer double beds in every room, modern kitchens with washing machine and modern bathrooms. The houses are double glazed, insulated and have modern boilers (where gas available) to keep you cosy. In addition, they benefit from patio gardens and off street parking. We ensure all maintenance is done quickly and, with room prices starting from £00pcm, this represents good value accommodation.

Professional lettings

Stylish and spacious furnished accommodation, sharing with other professionals.

Our professional lets offer quality accommodation in houses that have been recently refurbished throughout. You would be sharing with a maximum of four others and we aim to get a happy mix of people in each house. All rooms are fully furnished and have a double bed in each room. Many of our rooms have ensuites but, where you do share a bathroom, this is with a maximum of one other person. As well as your bedroom, you would have access to lots of shared space with a fully equipped modern kitchen diner, cosy lounge and a patio garden for sunny days. Bills are included within your rent and there is even a regular cleaner for the communal areas. With locations in North West Bristol, these houses are very convenient for M5 access, Cribbs Causeway, Southmead, Aztec West, Rolls Royce, MOD Abbeywood and GKN Aerospace.

We have a small number of residential properties in BS9 and BS10. These vary from a contemporary two double bedroom coach house to a spacious three bedroom townhouse. Whilst each property differs in character and facilities, all are designed to be welcoming and comfortable homes. We welcome long term rentals with a minimum 12 month rental term on most of our homes. All houses are fully certified and accredited up to or beyond current standards and we pride ourselves on maintaining good standards and getting repairs done quickly.

STUDENT HOUSES: we are now taking enquiries from groups who are interested in moving into a student house from August 2025. These are the homes we will have available:

Group of 6: ***NOW RESERVED*** This house is on Trendlewood Park, literally a few minutes walk from Glenside. There are 2 good sized rooms with ensuite; 2 further good size rooms, plus 2 smaller rooms - all with double beds. Very smart communal lounge diner, modern kitchen, bathroom, extra shower room, garden, plus off street parking.

Group of 4: ***NOW RESERVED*** This house is also on Trendlewood Park, so again very convenient, being just a few minutes walk from Glenside. There are 3 good size rooms plus 1 smaller room, all with double beds. Communal kitchen / lounge and both the kitchen and bathroom are smart and modern. Garden and parking.

Group of 5: ***NOW RESERVED*** This house is on a quiet side street off Fishponds Road which is just one mile from Glenside. There are 3 good sized rooms and two smaller rooms, all with double beds. There is loads of communal space with a kitchen diner and a lounge. Bathroom, plus extra shower room. The house is close to a bus stop on the UWE route so easy to get to campus or into the city centre. Off street parking and garden.

All houses are rented to groups of students...this works well as you can choose the people that you are living with and move in with friends, rather than people you haven't met before and who may be on very different courses or in a different year of study.

Demand for these houses is usually high and all houses are generally reserved ahead of the festive break. Please get in contact as soon as you can if you would like to find out more. We will do a virtual viewing initially so you can get an idea of the house and ask any questions that you have. If you think it could be the right house for your group, we can then arrange for you to come round in person to view the house.

Please note: to be considered for these properties, all members of your group will be required to pay a deposit and have a UK based guarantor. (UWE approved guarantor schemes are also accepted).
