We are a small, local company who offer quality homes around North West Bristol and UWE. With over 20 year’s experience of lettings, we combine expertise with a small and personal set up. We are professional and contactable landlords and take pride in offering quality accommodation where any maintenance issues are responded to with minimum delay. All properties meet or exceed the property safety licensing and certification requirements.

Student lettings

Quality student lettings at affordable prices

We have a small number of 4, 5 and 6 bedroom student properties. These are all close to Glenside Campus so ideal for Nursing students, but are also within easy reach of the main UWE campus at Frenchay. These convenient locations mean you are close to campus and also on the bus route to the city centre. Whilst each house differs in character, all offer double beds in every room, modern kitchens with washing machine and modern bathrooms. The houses are double glazed, insulated and have modern boilers (where gas available) to keep you cosy. In addition, they benefit from patio gardens and off street parking. We ensure all maintenance is done quickly and, with room prices starting from £00pcm, this represents good value accommodation.

Professional lettings

Stylish and spacious furnished accommodation, sharing with other professionals.

Our professional lets offer quality accommodation in houses that have been recently refurbished throughout. You would be sharing with a maximum of four others and we aim to get a happy mix of people in each house. All rooms are fully furnished and have a double bed in each room. Many of our rooms have ensuites but, where you do share a bathroom, this is with a maximum of one other person. As well as your bedroom, you would have access to lots of shared space with a fully equipped modern kitchen diner, cosy lounge and a patio garden for sunny days. Bills are included within your rent and there is even a regular cleaner for the communal areas. With locations in North West Bristol, these houses are very convenient for M5 access, Cribbs Causeway, Southmead, Aztec West, Rolls Royce, MOD Abbeywood and GKN Aerospace.

We have a small number of residential properties in BS9 and BS10. These vary from a contemporary two double bedroom coach house to a spacious three bedroom townhouse. Whilst each property differs in character and facilities, all are designed to be welcoming and comfortable homes. We welcome long term rentals with a minimum 12 month rental term on most of our homes. All houses are fully certified and accredited up to or beyond current standards and we pride ourselves on maintaining good standards and getting repairs done quickly.

STUDENT HOUSES: all our student homes that were available from September 2025 have bow been reserved. We are still running a waiting list in the event that we do get any further availability. PROFESSIONAL HOUSE SHARE: Sorry, no current availability.

RESIDENTIAL LETTINGS: A beautifully presented two double bedroom coach house in the Pavilions development will shortly be available. This location is a modern development in easy walking distance of Southmead Hospital, GKN Aerospace and Airbus. The MOD is about 3 miles away and Cribbs Causeway and Aztec West are a similar distance. This location also gives easy access to the motorway network

The coach house itself has a contemporary feel and benefits from an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. There are two double bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes. The property comes fully furnished with quality, contemporary furniture and includes washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. With a floor space of 65m2, the coach house makes for a spacious home. In addition, the coach house has a good size garage which can be accessed through an internal door as well as the ability to park directly outside the property.

The coach house is positioned at the end of this family development and so is in a quiet position with no through traffic. Just behind the coach house is a large green space and sports ground.

The property will be available from February 2025 (exact date to be confirmed). The landlord will be looking for a longer-term let with an initial fixed rental period of 12 months, followed by the opportunity to renew. The property is ideally suited to a couple working locally, though could also make a great home for 2 sharers. This is a non-smoking property and pets will not be considered. Deposit and references are required.
